Waarom past deze vacature bij jou?
Je volgt, bij voorkeur, een (HBO) opleiding in de richting van Toerisme, Hotel, Hospitality of Event Management. Je bent gastvrij zowel in persoon als aan de telefoon. Je bent secuur en georganiseerd. Naast vloeiend Nederlands, spreek je zeer goed Engels en bij voorkeur ook Spaans. Je loopt een meewerkstage
Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit
Tijdens het hoogseizoen kan het behoorlijk druk zin op het kantoor in Marbella. ledereen houdt hun platform in de gaten en om die perfecte spot te kunnen bemachtigen bellen ze haar kantoor, sturen ze een appje via Whatsapp of sliden ze in hun DM. Als stagiair weet jij precies wie je moet bereiken bij welk restaurant of die ene hippe beachclub war een epic event wordt georganiseerd. Jij weet op welke knoppen je moet drukken om onze gasten op hun wenken te kunnen bedienen en ze de tijd van hun leven te geven. Je bent de hele dag druk met het bespreen van wensen, het plannen van afspraken en het onderhouden van contact met deelnemende leveranciers. Dit doe je allemaal vanuit het kantoor in Marbella en na werktijd duik je lekker de zee in en later op de avond bezoek je zelf een van de epische events die de hele zomer georganiseerd worden zodat je de volgende keer nog beter de gast kan helpen in het boeken van hun dage/avond uit.
