¿EN QUÉ CONSISTE LA POSICIÓN?

  • En dependencia del responsable del departamento y en estrecha colaboración con el resto del equipo de Marketing, buscamos una persona para la organización, gestión y diseño de los eventos corporativos más importantes. Al mismo tiempo, dará soporte en la implantación del Plan de Comunicación Interno a través de todos sus canales digitales.
  • Entre otras funciones se encargará de:
  • Eventos internos:
  • Organización de la logística.
  • Soporte en el diseño creativo.
  • Atención de proveedores.
  • Gestión de inscripciones y control de asistencia.
  • Control y soporte in situ de eventos.
  • Gestión de ponentes.

Comunicación interna:

  • Soporte en el lanzamiento de noticias, revista y posts.
  • Planificación con proveedores para rodajes o sesiones de fotos necesarias.
  • Revisión de contenidos y artículos.
  • Traducción de contenidos

Requisitos:

  • Recién titulados o estudiantes de último curso de Marketing, Relaciones Públicas, Periodismo, Publicidad y/o Comunicación.
  • Conocimientos en edición de publicaciones y experiência elaborando y/o editando contenidos.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de office, particularmente Excel, y otros software digitales como Trello, Jira o Confluence.
  • Se valorará experiência en programas de edición, RRSS.
  • Nível de inglés avanzado.
  • Imprescindible poder firmar convenio de colaboración Empresa
  • Universidad.
