Job Description:

The internship will be performed at the reception desk, providing exceptional customer service and support to guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Front Desk Operations: manage check-in/check-out processes, room allocation, and room changes, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Booking Management: oversee individual and group bookings, revisions, modifications, cancellations, and special requests, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with guests.
  • Concierge Services: provide information on hostel facilities, city attractions, and local events, assisting guests with their needs and preferences.
  • Back Office Support: assist with report generation for management, monitor guest feedback and maintenance incidents, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing tourism-related studies or holding a relevant convention-recognized internship.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Minimum internship duration of 3 months.
