Job Description:The internship will be performed at the reception desk, providing exceptional customer service and support to guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Front Desk Operations: manage check-in/check-out processes, room allocation, and room changes, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Booking Management: oversee individual and group bookings, revisions, modifications, cancellations, and special requests, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with guests.
- Concierge Services: provide information on hostel facilities, city attractions, and local events, assisting guests with their needs and preferences.
- Back Office Support: assist with report generation for management, monitor guest feedback and maintenance incidents, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
- Pursuing tourism-related studies or holding a relevant convention-recognized internship.
- Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency.
- Minimum internship duration of 3 months.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to handle stress and pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-oriented approach with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Observational skills with attention to detail.
