Main responsibilities:
Assist the controller with accounting closing under local and group accounting principles (US GAAP). Supporting the accounting of supplier invoices, assets, fixed, customer advances, suppliers and provisions. Carrying out accounting reconciliations assigned at the end of each month. Collaborate and ensure compliance with the company's internal controls.
Knowledge about fiscal and tax treatments for the management of tax presentation (IVA, IRPF y SS), complying with the deadlines established by law.
Support to the controller in the review of margins and analysis of the Profit and Loss account. Collaborate with auditors.Qualifications/Degrees and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics. Minimum 1-2 years working experience in accounting and taxes.
Knowledge of ERP and Excel Good oral and written communication in English (B2 or higher) - able to maintain a business conversation (valued).
Interest and ability to multi-task in a multi-disciplinary environment. Ability to prioritize workload and ability to work with strict reporting deadlines. Postgraduate studies will be positively valued. Immediate Incorporation. Indefinite Term Contract (2 months trial).This position is a hybrid role: 3 days office/ 2 days from home.
