Ahora mismo y, reportando directamente a la Dirección General, te buscamos para cubrir la posición de ASISTENTE DE DIRECCIÓN, para nuestra central situada en el Prat del Llobregat (Barcelona).

Las funciones que llevarás a cabo con nosotros son:

  • Planificación, organización y soporte en la coordinación de reuniones y eventos.
  • Gestión de la agenda del director.
  • Organización de viajes nacionales e internacionales.
  • Preparación de documentación, archivo y realización de informes.
  • Traducción de documentos.
  • Involucrarse en la actividad de los diferentes departamentos. Perfil resolutivo y de gestión muy valorado.
  • Redactar documentos y dar apoyo en la preparación de presentaciones.
  • Atención a visitas, recepción y emisión de llamadas.
  • Soporte en todo tipo de tareas administrativas.
  • Soporte en la gestión de la propia oficina (pedidos, etc.)

Requisitos:

  • Experiência en puesto similar mínimo 3 años.
  • Formación como Técnico en Asistencia de Dirección o Grado en ADE, Derecho, Marketing o Humanidades.
  • Nível de Inglés bilingüe y buen nível de Portugués.
  • Dominio Paquete Office, Excel y PPT.
  • Habilidad para el uso de herramientas ofimáticas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, escrita y oral.
  • Persona con capacidad de organización, autónoma y flexible.
