Maintaining open communication with different stakeholders to ensure their needs and preferences are met, and making adjustments as necessary.Working closely with photographers, hairdressers, and other team members to achieve a cohesive overall look for our Game Show Hosts, also during photoshoots.
Addressing any makeup-related issues or challenges that may arise during the application process, and any mishaps happening during a shift, and finding suitable solutions along the way.
Being versatile and able to create various makeup looks, from natural and subtle to bold and dramatic, depending on the show's requirements.
Collaborating with the production team to understand the desired makeup looks for our Game Show Hosts. Maintaining professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude while working with staff and team members.Be highly organised, keeping track of makeup products, tools, and schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient makeup application process.
Creating makeup charts or face charts to document the makeup look for future reference or continuity purposes.Offering makeup tips and advice to our staff to help them recreate the look or maintain their makeup after the session and during their shift, as well as proper makeup removal and skincare practices for them to maintain their skin's health.
M eticulously organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that all presenters have the proper, well-fitted uniforms for their roles.W ork closely with presenters, producers, and other members of the RAW Live team to understand the style and vision required for each broadcast.? A bility to collaborate and adapt to different preferences and themes accordingly.
M aintain high standards of quality control for all makeup and wardrobe aspects.? Ensuring that presenters look polished, confident, and ready for the camera .
Staying up-to-date with the latest makeup and hairstyling techniques and trends . Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Proven experience as a professional makeup stylist, with a focus on stage and camera-facing roles.
Strong skills in makeup application and hairstyling, including an understanding of lighting and camera requirements. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and track inventory effectively. Strong attention to detail and an eye for perfection in appearance. Ability to work in a fast-paced, live broadcast environment and meet tight deadlines. Flexibility in working hours, as some broadcasts may occur outside of regular office hours. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. A positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional work.
