Se requiere conocimiento del mercado, prioritariamente en el sector de la refrigeración industrial y la venta de maquinaria a usuario final.


Funciones a desarrollar:

Desarrollar la captación de nuevos clientes y fidelización de los existentes para mantener una relación comercial a largo plazo Capacidad de analizar las necesidades de los clientes y buscar nuevos segmentos de mercados para ampliar sus oportunidades de ventas mediante estrategias y planes de acción.


Organizar los planes operativos de ventas:
planificación de visitas, rutas, objetivos de venta y realizar planes de acción.

Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y estructurada, con la motivación de construir y desarrollar su área de actuación, disponiendo de un equipo de apoyo.

Proporcionar asesoramiento técnico sobre los productos fabricados Reportar directamente al Director Comercial mediante reuniones semanales, donde se analiza la situación actual y futura para prever posibles cambios o necesidades.


Requisitos:

Técnico Comercial con formación técnica en ingeniería o similar Experiencia mínima de 5 años como profesional en ventas en el sector de la refrigeración industrial.

Se valoran positivamente conocimientos en soluciones técnicas e instalaciones para procesos industriales.

Conocimiento del mercado en Cataluña a nivel de usuario final y capacidad de planificar su presupuesto anual con las acciones comerciales correspondientes.

Castellano, catalán e inglés fluidos, hablado y escrito. Acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos y mantener el CRM al día. Conocimientos de paquete Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, etc.) We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
