La figura del Site Manager es la que se encarga de coordinar, planificar y organizar el servicio de instalaciones de acuerdo a términos de coste, calidad y plazo establecidos, así como la definición e implantación de nuevos proyectos.
- Como parte del equipo de_ I_nstalaciones,_ entre tus principales funciones estarían:
- Definir la estrategia de instalación basada en los datos de campo y el tiempo disponible de acceso a los sites.-
- Planificar y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con la instalación de equipos o sistemas en los sites del cliente reportando al Project Manager en colaboración con las áreas relacionadas.-
- Supervisar la actividad de su equipo, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y safety de los trabajos.-
- Aplicar el plan general de trabajo, el de aseguramiento de calidad y el de HSE.-
- Organizar reuniones de seguimiento del progreso de la planificación semanal de las obras.-
- Verificar las medidas de las unidades de obra civil, equipos y montajes del proyecto.-
- Proporcionar el equipo, los permisos y los recursos necesarios para las actividades de apoyo de prueba y puesta en servicio.-
- Representante de la empresa con los clientes y los subcontratistas.-
- Coordinar la actividad del equipo para asegurar la eficacia en sus tareas, así como el grado de motivación e implicación requerido en el desarrollo de las mismas.-
- Velar por la formación, desarrollo y evaluación de su equipo.
¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?
- Formación en Ingeniería Técnica, Grado Industrial, Telecomunicaciones en rama de Electrónica o relacionada.
- Valorable según experiência, título FPII, Grado Superior de las ramas eléctricas o telecomunicaciones.
- Experiência en sistemas de señalización y reglamentación ferroviaria.
- Deseable conocimientos en cableado, circuitos de vía, ERTMS...
- Inglés valorable.
