What the job looks like

  • Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
  • Define, implement and mantain Grünenthal ́s data strategy incl. Analytics & AI management, information management and digital enablement.
  • Continuosly develop the D&A architecture based on upcoming needs and technology trends.
  • Define, implement and maintain common ways of working for all data engineers and BI developers, MLOps concepts for all data scientists and ML engineers, ways of working for selfservice analytics and selfservice automation and platform governance concepts for the big analytics and automation platforms.
  • Be responsible for the lakehouse infrastructure, PowerBI, PowerPlatform and BluePrism.
  • Be responsible to facilitate all data governance activities within the company and continuously improve the data governance framework.
  • Define, implement and maintain a companywide operating model for master data & reference data management

What you'll bring to the table

  • To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
  • Professional degree in computer science, media technology, mathematics, physics or a comparable degree
  • 12 + years experience as D&A Manager or a related IT Management function
  • Minimum of five years track record in leading large teams
  • Broad IT knowledge regarding technologies, common framworks and IT management processes
