The Position
El objetivo de este rol es asesorar al cliente y encontrar soluciones a los problemas técnico-científicos relacionados con nuestros instrumentos y reactivos, siguiendo los lineamientos establecidos en los manuales y procedimientos del Global Customer Support para garantizar su correcto uso y funcionamiento.
Responsabilidades:
- Impartir capacitaciones a los usuarios sobre el manejo y uso de instrumentos y reactivos. Brindar asesoramiento en problemas de aplicaciones, desempeño de instrumentos y reactivos, y mantener actualizados sobre las novedades en los reactivos y controles de calidad, implementando los nuevos protocolos. Registrar todas las actividades realizadas, tanto de forma remota como en el sitio, en el CRM. Hacer seguimiento a los KPI's establecidos y contribuir al éxito del nuevo modelo organizacional y marcos de trabajo.
Requisitos & Experiencia:
- Graduado en Ingeniería Biomédica, Química, Farmacia o áreas relacionadas. Conocimientos en el manejo de reactivos biológicos y químicos, así como en metodologías de análisis. Experiencia mínima de 2 años como especialista de servicio en campo en el sector de dispositivos médicos y/o laboratorio clínico, y más de 2 años de experiencia en atención al cliente. Dominio del idioma inglés.
