TechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids.


You will support all 4 of our brands: Fabletics, focused on athleisure; Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brands established together with Rihanna; JustFab, our online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim; and Yitty, our shapewear brand reinvented by the singer Lizzo.

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we're currently looking for a full-time Sr. Tax Manager EU based in our Barcelona office.

How Do You Fit In?

As a Sr. Tax Manager, you will be working closely with the EU & US Finance, Accounting, and Tax Team.

Your core responsibilities include managing VAT preparation across Europe and the UK, manage direct and indirect tax audits, track tax deadlines, prepare/assist in filing corporate tax returns and helping the team with tax related month end as well as year-end activities.

Tax Manager is a key member of the global tax organization TechStyle is a dynamic, expanding business, you will have the opportunity to work closely and assist cross-functional teams with the integration of current financial systems into more streamlined process flows.

The goal is to efficiently deliver a high-quality work product in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position will be reporting to the Vice President of Global Tax.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the local finance teams to manage the monthly and quarterly VAT, OSS and Intrastat filings for all European and UK jurisdictions.
  • Partner with the local accounting teams to ensure all tax related balance sheet accounts, including CIT and VAT, are appropriately reconciled on a monthly
- and quarterly
- basis.
  • Manage annual Corporate Income & Trade Tax reporting together with external tax advisors.
  • Support the Global Tax Team in quarterly and yearend preparation of all foreign tax provisions (US GAAP and STAT).
  • Collaborate with 3rd party advisors to document all local transfer pricing documentation in accordance with OECD guidelines.
  • Manage all EU and UK government tax audits together with external tax advisors.
  • Collaboration with counterparts in EU and the U.S. on any taxrelated matters and strategy.
  • Document work in accordance with US Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal audit guidelines.

Required Skills:

  • High professional regarding VAT.
  • Solid educational background in Tax (i.e. university degree with a tax focus preferred).
  • Proficient in English writing and language; German and/or Spanish a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
  • Selfstarter with hands on mentality and the ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives.
  • Competent to meet assigned deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Detailorientation, structure, methodology and organizational skills.
