Siguiendo a la filosofía, políticas, procedimientos y estándares de calidad de Meliá Hotels International, serás el responsable de definir e implementar el modelo de relación, contenidos y reputación con socios de Circle by Melia, Club Melia, Melia Vacation Club, Destinations y UVD, con adaptación multicanal, de manera que se alcancen los objetivos marcados por ingreso, engagement, rentabilidad y reputación de los diferentes Colectivos.


Tus principales responsabilidades serán:


Mantener comunicación permanente con los responsables de Members Services y sus Contact Center, así como los responsables de atención a socios en los Home Resorts, para definir acciones de común acuerdo que maximicen contenidos y tonos de comunicaciones omnichannel con los socios de los diferentes Colectivos.


Definir e implementar el modelo de relación con los colectivos de propiedad vacacional durante el ciclo de vida de los socios.

Definir e implementar la estrategia de gestión en RR.SS. para aplicación de todas las áreas que generan creación de contenidos y engagement con socios.

Supervisar el cumplimiento del plan semanal y anual con relación a la generación de contenidos, reputación, programa de storytellers, encuestas, concursos, actividades para socios remote o on-site y acciones con partners - con aplicación a todas las marcas del Club.

Definir los KPI's que permitan medir el performance de reputación y tomar acciones encaminadas a incrementar su eficiencia y rentabilidad.


¿ Qué buscamos ?

  • 2/3 años de experiência en posiciones similares
  • Grado en administración de empresas, negocios internacionales, economía, marketing o similar
  • Inglés muy alto, otro idioma será altamente valorado
  • Buenas competencias de comunicación
  • Conocimientos del paquete Office
  • Conocimientos de Social Media y Community Management; gestión de contenidos.
