HR Business Partner

Are you an HR professional who wants to make a difference? We are an exciting, dynamic, young organization looking for an energetic HRBP who wants to positively impact our business by engaging, supporting and developing our people.
We have great things in place already, but we need someone to push us to the next level when it comes to talent succession / retention, performance, learning and organizational development, and deliver solutions in all HR related matters.
As an HRBP you will:
- Contribute directly to the success of the business by supporting and partnering with the Senior Leaders across dyvenia to determine key people priorities and deliver solutions to ensure the organization capability, structure and culture are in place to drive the achievement of business goals
- Provide general HR leadership and guidance to managers and employees in the areas of performance management, coaching, staffing issues, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development
- Define people strategies that drive employee retention, change, improve performance, maximize colleague engagement and develop talent
- Coach and counsel leadership and management on all HR policies, programs and employee related issues
- Develop and execute strategic people plans to support leaders on organizational design, workforce development and other initiatives
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- Provide guidance and advice on our overall compensation programs
- Implement and communicate policies and procedures to employees
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management
- Lead and pilot strategic HR projects

You will be based at our co - working office in Santa Cruz de Tenerife in a hybrid format. (3 days per week)
About you:
- You have been exposed and gained valuable experience in HR business partnering, organizational development, change and talent management, reward, learning and development and performance management
- You are able to identify and implement process changes where appropriate, with mínimal supervision
- You have strong competencies in coaching, influencing, process development, analysis and problem solving
- Experience of identifying and implementing appropriate development plans / solutions within an unstructured environment
- Experience delivering organizational changes within a growing business
- You are great at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data; and can manage a complex set of stakeholders
- Ideally you have gained some experience within a start up environment and able to advise on organizational and other challenges
