Descripción del puesto:

Dentro de pocas semanas, Saigu Cosmetics abrirá su primera tienda física en Barcelona con una experiência completamente innovadora. Buscamos a una persona que lidere e implemente todos los procesos de la tienda desde cero.

  • Establecer y hacer seguimiento de los principales KPI's de la tienda.
  • Diseñar y mejorar las iniciativas de Marketing acorde con las necesidades de la tienda en colaboración con el departamento de Marketing.
  • Atender, asesorar y gestionar todas las cuestiones que un cliente pueda presentar.
  • Gestión de personal: formación, horarios, vacaciones, onboarding...
  • Crear e implementar el protocolo de venta.
  • Controlar los pasos administrativos e informáticos necesarios de ventas.
  • Control y gestión de los movimientos de inventario.

Perfil:

Requisitos:

  • Pasión por el maquillaje.
  • Experiência previa en tienda de mínimo 5 años.
  • Organización, orientación a objetivos e iniciativa.
  • Gran capacidad de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Disponibilidad de lunes a sábado.
  • Incorporación inmediata.
  • Nível de inglés medio/alto.
