About the role
As a Product Manager - Payments at seQura, you will drive the development and enhancement of our payment platform, contributing to the growth and international expansion of our products.
What you'll do
- Product Strategy: Develop the strategy of our payments platform in alignment with commercial objectives and market needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.
- Market Analysis & Regulatory Requirements: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
- Product Development: Lead product development from ideation to launch, prioritizing features and guiding development for a quality payment solution.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
- Metrics and Performance: Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess product success and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

What you'll need
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, specializing in online payments. Prior experience in PSP, Fintech, or licensed institutions is desirable.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate business objectives into a product vision and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership: Track record of leading teams and successful product launches.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and continuously seek improvement opportunities.
