About the Role
- Account Management- Brand Specialist (Spanish)
As a key member of the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Team, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing strategies for managing Amazon AVS vendors.
- We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join our team, who is customer-focused, driven, and creative.
You will work closely with leaders from our Retail and Vendor Services teams, overseeing all aspects of the vendor's business with Amazon.
Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various internal teams to optimize the product line for key manufacturers, employing skills across essential areas such as site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure the performance of internal teams based on input metrics and the impact on creating an excellent customer experience
- Manage vendor relationships by representing their needs within Amazon
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to capitalize on business opportunities
- Enhance operational aspects of vendors' businesses to improve the customer experience
- Analyze issues affecting vendors' businesses and provide recommendations based on data
- Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners
- Support new program launches, categories, and features
- Lead business metric performance reviews and create action plans
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with full accountability for achieving objectives
- Create innovative solutions to complex problems
- Demonstrate effective listening skills and a solutions-oriented approach
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced level of English and minimum B2 level for Spanish Language (C1 preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of work experience preferred, with relevant experience in Vendor management, Sales, post sales, Account Management, and Business Development
- Demonstrated ability in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong teamwork and results-oriented focus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exposure to retail buying, retail planning, product/project management, marketing, or e-commerce
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA
- Lean Six Sigma certification
