WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

SCIB is looking for a Structured Trade VP based in our Boadilla del Monte office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a
Structured Trade VP, you will lead the structuring & execution of complex Structured Trade transactions (Inventory financing, Prepayments, asset based lending, long term lending secured by commercial contracts, etc.) across the globe, and lead the development of existing Santander ́s Structured Trade product offering

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Business origination: Assist the different Santander geographies on the origination of Structured Trade transactions, including assist client meetings and preparing marketing material
  • Analyze cash flow models to assess financial capacity for financing transactions
  • Lead the structuring and execution of Structured Trade transactions across geographies, from agreeing indicative terms and preparing initial term sheet to full execution of the transaction
  • Lead the approval process of transactions with business and risk departments
  • Lead the implementation of new products and enhancement of existing ones in order to boost the origination of the products in Santander ́s geographies

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 35 years of experience in front office in a financial institution or equivalent.
  • Experience in Project Finance. If experience is in the Renewable sector it will be highly valuable

EDUCATION

  • Economics, Finance, engineering or other related degrees.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • IT Skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Languages: Spanish, English (Fluent).
  • Knowledge of a third language will be positively valued
