Requirements

  • Strategic Operations : Spearhead efforts to refine operational processes, from design and development to deployment and support, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Team Leadership : Lead by example, bringing together diverse teams of designers, developers, and operations staff to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Product Development : Work closely with our design and development teams to translate customer needs into innovative features and enhancements, ensuring our product remains competitive and relevant.
  • Technical Infrastructure : Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our technical infrastructure, leveraging your expertise to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Client Satisfaction : Champion a customercentric approach, collaborating closely with our customer success teams to understand client needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Risk Management :
Anticipate and mitigate risks across the development and operational lifecycle, ensuring smooth sailing even in turbulent waters.

  • Performance Monitoring : Implement metrics and KPIs to track the performance of our operations, providing insights that drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience (3 years) in design, development, and operations within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects from conception to delivery.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and a resultsdriven mindset,
with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes that drive business success.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.
