We require an experienced ERP analyst to join our existing team to fulfil the role of an ICT Business Engagement Analyst.

This role will be based out of the Ornua Ingredients Europe manufacturing site in Avila, Spain.

This role will be key in supporting the Ornua business on a day-to-day basis while embedding new ways of working across process, people and enabling technologies.

A key requirement of this role will be demonstrable experience in combining a business process approach with knowledge of ERP systems and other technology enablement.

Develop and maintain strong business partner relationships, balancing the specific needs of the business whilst being cognisant of the global ways of working

Provide ongoing support and overall guidance to the business to embed new ways of working relating to process, people and technology.

Evaluate and identify system, process, or capability gaps within your location.

Resolve issues where possible as part of Tier 1 support and provide escalations to internal Tier 2 and Tier 3 support where appropriate.

Establish appropriate plans to address / resolve incidents / issues within appropriate time frames.
Manage the pipeline and portfolio of requests for your business location. Ensure relevant stakeholders are kept updated on progress and set expectations for delivery.
Support the delivery of enhancements defined within the Evolve Transformation Programme release schedule.
Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes based on industry best practices and current technology trends.

What You Bring to The Role:5 years minimum working knowledge / experience of ERP systems. Experience with Infor M3 will be an advantage.
Education at degree level with proven relevant IT experience.
An understanding of broad functional business processes and their technology enablement across a broad range of technologies.
Demonstrable Project Management experience over a broad range of projects.
Analytical ability to comprehend and understand business Process and ICT issues.
Ability to quickly draw conclusions and solve problems.
IT business analyst experience supporting ERP systems and other technologies.
Experience of ERP implementation / consolidation or being part of a team to introduce new process and enabling technology.
A track record of building successful relationships with business management through effective communication at all levels.
