Join a team of experts and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission of making the world more resilient As our **Operational Resilience (Business Continuity) Analyst**, you'll work with business units and cross-functional teams to identify and safeguard our critical business services. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
**About the team**
The Operational Resilience team leads the implementation and evolution of operational resilience at Swiss Re. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced business continuity or operational resilience practitioner to help steer and drive this topic.
In your role, you will:
- Carry out a detailed annual review of operational resilience plans, ensuring their compliance with our policies.
- Provide guidance and support to location business continuity managers in designing and maintaining preparedness plans.
- Re-enforce and promote alignment with our relevant policies and standards.
- Help write and update frameworks, policies, and guidelines on operational resilience topics.
- Follow up on open issues, test results, and lessons learnt, and manage related reporting activities.
- Oversee developments in the regulatory landscape and assist locations in developing mitigation strategies.
**Your qualifications**
Nobody is perfect and meets 100% of our requirements. If you, however, meet some of the criteria below and are curious about the world of operational resilience within an established international team, we'll be more than happy to meet you
**What we need from you**
- Background in operational resilience, business continuity management, IT disaster recovery.
- Risk management background, preferably in relation to business continuity matters.
- Experience contributing to policy and procedural documentation.
- Comfortable working with all levels of management.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Nice-to-have:_
- Agile methodology project management
- CBCI or equivalent business continuity qualification
