Business Operations Support Internship:

Responsabilidades:

Gestión administrativo-comercial

  • Soporte en las tareas asociadas a la consolidación del forecast mensual proporcionado por el departamento comercial.
  • Soporte en la gestión de asignaciones de productos con el dpto. de pedidos cuándo la situación lo requiera (relación con estructura comercial y central Abbott Molecular Alemania).
  • En colaboración con Commercial Opperations, dará soporte en las tareas relacionadas con el control de gastos o gestión financiera relacionados con productos (Actuales o nuevos).
  • En colaboración con Commercial opperations, preparación mensual del IBP (informe mensual de planificación de ventas) así como la presentación para soporte del mismo.
  • Forecast ventas y seguimiento de la evolución de las mismas.
Soporte administrativo

  • Soporte en Administración en la gestión de gastos/facturas del departamento.
  • Trabajo con el dpto. Logístico, en la coordinación de envío puntuales.
  • Soporte en auditorías.
  • Colaboración con el dpto. de Marketing en la gestión del material promocional, Seguimiento suscripciones a proyectos de la división.
Participación en la Gestión de compras a terceros

  • Colaborará en la gestión de compras de productos necesarios para completar la solución Abbott Molecular y asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de la compañía.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Estudios superiores en ADE, Económicas, finanzas o similares.
  • Se valorará MBA o máster afín o doble licenciatura con derecho.
  • Experiência previa (no es imprescindible)
  • Idioma ingles nível de inglés B
  • Conocimientos informáticos: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel avanzado y Power Point).
  • Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas con tu Universidad o Escuela de negocios.
  • Otras capacidades: proactividad, creatividad, capacidad analítica, responsabilidad, y organización.


Al finalizar el convenio, el becario se habrá desarrollado en el área diagnóstica asociada a BIOLOGIA MOLECULAR, una de las disciplinas más innovadoras en el diagnóstico in vitro.

Adicionalmente, desarrollará,
habilidades de planificación y gestión comercial, así como relación con clientes internos y proveedores; habrá perfeccionado el conocimiento financiero aplicado a la gestión de la división y habrá realizado al menos una
visita a cliente externo con los equipos de Soporte, Servicio y Ventas y aprenderá el
funcionamiento de una importante multinacional del sector sanitario.
