Job Summary:

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage HR employee files
  • Conduct audits on active and inactive employees for various countries in EMEA
  • Destroy documents according to the retention policy of each country
  • Coordinate with Archiving Vendor
  • Scan and file HR documents

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent coordination and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (level Pivot)
  • Ability to generate and present reports
  • Comfortable with handling a large amount of paper and electronic documents

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in HR administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
