Additionally, you'll play a vital role in managing our relationships with mass media all around the world.

What you'll do:
Write and edit press releases to communicate key messages and announcements effectively.
Creating and identifying stories and campaigns that highlight AirHelp's work and increase air passenger rights awareness.
Prepare briefing materials for our spokespeople to ensure they are well-equipped for media interactions and public speaking opportunities.
Assist in managing relationships with external PR agencies, coordinating activities and providing direction as needed.
Undertake administrative tasks such as maintaining media lists, tracking coverage, and managing PR-related documentation.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department, Data Team and Legal Team to execute strategic communication initiatives.

Ideally, you'll bring with you:
Fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.

Proficiency in at least one additional language (preferably German, Spanish).Experience working with a diverse range of media outlets and navigating complex media landscapes, securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists.

Ability to distill abstract concepts and data information into clear, concise, and engaging messages, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience working in PR, communications, or related fields, preferably across multiple European/American markets Perks and benefits:
