Key Responsibilities:

Integrated into the AMS department and reporting to an AMS Team Manager, the key responsibility of a Senior SAP HCM PY Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP customers:

  • Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and relevant technical activities
  • Handle simple tickets following functional analysis and technical implementation guidelines
  • Develop easy-to-maintain bug-free code and customizations in line with Alight's best practices
  • Conduct necessary system tests to ensure compliance with agreed specifications
  • Create documentation (both technical and functional) for the issues addressed
  • Manage personal priorities and assigned tickets, meeting deadlines consistently
  • Regularly update the Team Manager on status and progress
  • Maintain effective internal and external communication channels
  • Communicate issue status, resolutions, and root causes
  • Understand HR flows and SAP HR architecture

Qualifications – Internal

As a senior agent, you will also be involved in coaching junior agents, providing significant support for legal changes in FR, and being an expert in all aspects related to PY in SAP.

What We Ask For:

Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical focus, or equivalent
Fluency in French, with English proficiency being a bonus
Solid expertise in French payroll and SAP PY solution
Prior experience in SAP HCM application maintenance is advantageous
Passion for delivering high-quality support in Human Resources
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Discretion and commitment to data confidentiality
