Role Overview:
As the Content Marketing Lead, you will be at the forefront of our content strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
You will oversee all content across our website and digital channels, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and enhances the customer journey.
Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer in Barcelona, you will play a critical role in elevating our brand's online presence and achieving our business goals in a highly international environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Define product positioning and features value definition, in cooperation with product marketing and product teams Establish Tone of Voice: Work closely with the design team to develop and maintain a consistent branding and visual tone of voice
Develop Content Strategy:
Create a comprehensive content strategy, including key projects, content formats, and distribution channels to achieve business objectives and build brand love
Measure Content Performance:
Define key metrics and develop analytics and reporting frameworks to track content performance Work with external service providers and content creators Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to optimize content promotion through various channels Create content roadmaps and plans.
Make sure that the team is aligned with the roadmap Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of diverse content types, including articles, blogs, videos, infographics, and more Build processes within outer teams (product, design, analytics) to build content function in organization Explore and integrate new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance content creation, distribution, and performance tracking.
(In cooperation with marketing operations) Your Required Skills and Experience :Experience: 5+ years in content marketing, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role
Languages:
Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken B2B Expertise: Experience in B2B marketing, with a preference for both enterprise and mid-market sector
Content Marketing Expertise:
Hands-on experience in building content marketing pipelines and mechanics; It would be great if you could provide some examples Analytical and Creative: Strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking in content and design creation
Writing Style:
