Entre tus funciones te encargarás de:
- Negociar y analizar inversiones según business plan, prospectar y cerrar contratos.
- Coordinar contratistas, instaladores y/o mantenedoras principales.
- Interlocución con cliente interno y proveedores.
- Coordinación de departamentos internos como project manager.
- Gestión de mantenimientos normativos, preventivos y correctivos, tanto con personal propio como con empresas externas.
- Gestión de servicios y espacios.
- Gestión económica y control presupuestario de costes relacionados con el área.
- Orientación a objetivos.
- Toma de decisiones.
Para esta vacante se está buscando un Ingeniero Industrial o Ingeniero Técnico Industrial, que tenga experiencia como Jefe de Instalaciones, Manteminiento o Facility Manager, además de tener algo de experiencia en Property Management, en fondo, family office, promotora o patrimonialista.

Indispensable:
experiencia en constructoras y en promociones residenciales de gran volúmen como jefe de obra.
Importante empresa de construcción, busca un Cost Control Manager, para proyectos en el Norte de Europa (Irlanda, UK y Escandinavia fundamentalmente)
Compañías multinacionales busca incorporar Jefes de Obra de Catenaria tanto para proyectos nacionales como para trabajar como Expatriados con continuidad en importantes proyectos de electrificación ferroviaria (catenaria/Línea Aérea de Contacto) en América (Norte, Centro y/o Sur).
