The Role:


At the heart of our team, the Sales Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping our business strategies and revenue models through data-driven insights.

Your mission is to contribute to our company's success by providing valuable analysis and recommendations that drive growth and innovation.


Responsibilities:

  • Reporting:_
  • Gather and synthesize sales data from various sources across different markets and channels
  • Develop comprehensive reports and intuitive dashboards to support decisionmaking processes
  • Deep dive into customer profiles and behaviours (NPS) to uncover actionable insights
  • Distribute reports and conclusions to informationconsuming stakeholders within the company (Committee, Center Directors, and Marketing Managers)
  • Address datarelated queries from these stakeholders when requested
  • Analysis / Operational:_
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide indepth analysis on factors affecting sales metrics
  • Provide ideas and suggestions to meet objectives when deficiencies are detected
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, adhoc analyses, and projects
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address adhoc analytical needs and contribute to strategic projects

About you:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales analysis or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Systems: Proficiency in Excel and Power Point is a must. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish.
