Role DescriptionBased in Barcelona, Spain, FocusEconomics is a leading provider of economic intelligence reports and data solutions for senior executives in multinational companies and governmental organizations.

As a Salesforce Administrator at our company, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation in our sales and marketing processes.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our sales and marketing teams operate smoothly, leveraging technology to maximize our impact in the market.

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing the functions essential to sales productivity and effectiveness.

This person will be in charge of analyzing sales performance metrics, leading strategic initiatives to streamline the sales process, and report on the results of the overall efficiency of the team.


ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage sales and marketing tools, including Salesforce and PardotCustomize and configure Salesforce to align with the organization's business requirementsCreate and manage workflow rules, process builder flows, and automation processes to streamline business processesEnsure seamless integration between Pardot and Salesforce for effective lead managementCreate and maintain templates, sales processes, quotes, contracts, training materialsOversee data quality and integrity within SalesforceProvide training and support to users on Salesforce functionalitiesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performanceCollaborate with developers to create custom solutions and functionalities that are not achievable through standard configurationsImplement and manage security measures to protect sensitive dataAnalyze marketing and customer data to improve conversion and retention ratesProcess new sales, renewals and cancelations: perform data quality check and account setupManage and assign customers' inquiries received via emailMaintain documentation for configurations, processes, and workflowsCalculate monthly compensation for the sales teamWork with sales, account management, marketing and administration teams to streamline processes and enhance system performance and user experience RequirementsDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fieldSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).

Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM 211) or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Minimum 2 years proven experience in customizing Salesforce, creating reports, dashboards, and workflowsStrong analytical and organizational skillsBasic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyDemonstrated willingness to stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalityUnderstanding of sales, marketing and account management processesStrong attention to detail, ability to work autonomouslyExcellent written and spoken English; advanced level of Spanish desirableAmbitious, client-focused, self-motivated and self-managed personalityExcellent verbal and written communications skillsExperience in providing administrative support in a professional services environmentExperience in a SaaS company is preferred Our OfferFull time position (40 hours per week)Flexible working hoursHybrid work modelInternational, friendly and dynamic work environment in central BarcelonaPlease note that this position is only available for candidates fully proficient in English and with a valid EU working permit.

Currently residing in Barcelona and immediate availability will be a plus.
