La persona con formación y perfil administrativo dará soporte en el área de Asset Lab, ubicado en el Repsol Technology Lab en Móstoles.
Se trata de una posición de carácter Temporal.
El puesto se enmarca en el grupo de Soporte a la Operación de la Dirección de Tecnología. Este área transversal da apoyo a todas las áreas experimentales que incluyen laboratorios, plantas piloto y la fábrica de Blending.
Funciones y responsabilidades:
La posición tiene como objetivo dar apoyo administrativo de back office siendo sus principales funciones dar apoyo en:
Proceso de facturación: Preparación de la documentación mensual para la emisión de facturas, seguimiento de emisión y cobro de facturas.
Gestión de activos: mantenimiento y actualización de la base de datos de equipos así como la gestión de compra/venta de estos activos.
Blending: Mantenimiento del sistema de calidad (ISO 9001) y sostenibilidad (ISCC-PLUS/ISCC-EU): Actualización y seguimiento de documentación, apoyo en las auditorías de mantenimiento las certificaciones, así como en la aplicación de medidas correctivas derivadas de las auditorías.
Soporte a la fábrica de aditivación de blending colaborando en el proceso fiscal, de planificación y de logística.
Soporte a la gestión del almacén y sala de alicuotado.
Resolución de incidencias de Soporte de la Operación
Requisitos:
Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior de Administración y finanzas.
Experiencia en el uso de SAP y SIGMA.
Manejo de herramientas de gestión de laboratorio (Labware).
Dominio de Office (Excel, Power Point y Word), deseable conocimiento de Power BI.
Experiencia de 3 años o más en posiciones de soporte en áreas de control de gestión u organizaciones comerciales o logísticas.
Se valora dominio del inglés: B2.
