Your mission:


Maintain and process the Master data requests to Vitoria Business Services (VBS), necessary for the operation of the company's processes, giving support to the organization and ensuring the level of service in the defined SLA's.


The scope of the role is the VBS pricing and promotions maintenance service delivery, which must be in line with the PepsiCo Data protection Policies, Iberia Master Data procedures, VBS process flows and defined DTP's.


Responsibilities:

_ Your day to day with us:_

  • Guarantee the correct execution of master data procedures and defined controls to minimize the risks in the business processes and ensure the quality of the information. Ensure master data processes are up to date and documented in procedures.
  • The execution of the master data service delivery consist of:
  • Process the data in the Company's master files for the assigned activities: prices, discounts and promotions, sales structures, etc.
  • Provide support to applicants in their data requests, preparation of data templates and necessary documentation, and collaborating in the resolution of corrections.
  • Ensure the correct maintenance of the data in the systems according to the defined procedures.
  • Follow up requests received, prioritize and process in accordance with the agreed response times and process KPIs.
  • Escalate issues and conflicts in the delivery of the service to the Team Supervisor.
  • Coordinate internally within the team and collaborate with multiple external stakeholders at the Business Unit and Service organizations.
  • Ensure adherence to PepsiCo's data protection policies and guidelines.
  • Support compliance with Spain and Vitoria legal and tax requirements.

Qualifications:

_ What will you need to succeed?:_

  • Min. 1 year experience in data management or administration within a business unit
  • Understanding of commercial process, systems and their interrelationships
  • Basic to Medium English Level and fluent in Spanish
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital tools with proven solid level in Excel
  • Good planning and time management
  • Initiative to execute the assigned tasks
  • Service oriented to internal and external clients
