As a Sales Engineer,

you will foster relationships with customers and

partners globally and help impact the company's development and growth. Collaborating with Sales,

you will drive the technical aspect of the sales process.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively driving the Sales Processes forward, aligning customer needs with the value of Automation Hero's product vision
  • Provide energetic product demos while positioning Automation Hero against competing products
  • Run prospect workshops to identify appropriate AI & Automation use cases for their organization
  • Drive technical proofofconcepts (POCs), onsite and remote
  • Negotiate contract agreements and ensure commerciality
  • Collaborate with the sales & leadership teams to assess company performance against KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience selling a technical product to large organizations
  • Technical knowledge and 3+ years handson experience with APIs, Database Queries, and Javascript.
  • Proficient in English and in at least one additional European language preferably in Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Proven ability to drive the entire sales process of complex enterprise deals with business and IT stakeholders
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Expertise in customer relationship management, project, and process management
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Sense of urgency and agility with frequently changing priorities
  • Experience in the IDP/OCR/Document Capture space is a big plus
  • Able to travel occasionally
