Misión del Puesto:

Aplicación de las Políticas de Control de gestión, analizando los resultados

reales respecto a los Presupuestos/Forecast, observando desviaciones, rentabilidades y

tendencias para proponer acciones correctivas dentro del centro/s asignados

Principales Responsabilidades de la Posición

  • Efectuar el control presupuestario, analizando las desviaciones que se puedan producir con respecto a los presupuestos originales.
  • Elaborar y realizar seguimiento de Actuals/Presupuestos/Forecast del centro, cierres mensuales.
  • Proporcionar información sobre márgenes, ratios, tendencias, razonabilidad de los datos.
  • Mantener los sistemas contables, facturar y generar ficheros Excel necesarios como soporte para elaborar la información de gestión y reportes requeridos por la organización.
  • Análisis de rentabilidades por clientes, actividades, centro: Reporting ETT's, informa de productividades, informes de actividades de almacén y control tiempos FTE's
  • Soporte en renegociaciones, proyectos, revisión de tarifas, y apoyo a la operación en general
  • Realizar Business Cases sobre proyectos concretos que afecten a su centro de trabajo
  • Control de consumos

Perfil Requerido

  • Aportar, al menos, 2 años en una posición similar en una compañía multinacional
  • Titulación Superior en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Empresariales, Económicas, etc.
  • Planificación, análisis, resolución, comunicación y proactividad
  • Alto nível de inglés
