You will play a crucial role in helping shape the brand and developing successful performance marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms.

About the role:
- Generate, refine and iterate concepts for performance marketing campaigns across various channels including Google, Meta, and TikTok. Become the expert of how to treat each channel.
- Work closely with the Design Lead to develop comprehensive TOV guidelines that uphold our brand identity and vision.
- Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to integrate feedback and ensure copy meet the brand's strategic objectives as well as business objectives.
- Iterate rapidly in a fastpaced environment, consistently refining copy to optimize performance and engagement.
- A creative thinker with a strategic approach who is able to understand marketers needs and translate complex ideas into striking designs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a marketing copywriter with proven experience of performance focused creatives. - A robust portfolio demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of direct response techniques. - Proven experience in performance marketing creatives, with the ability to thrive in a high-paced iterative setting. - Familiarity with developing TOV brand guidelines and ensuring consistent brand representation across various touchpoints.
- A strategic and granular thinking approach combined with a mindset for scalability, enabling the creation of both intricate and scalable copy work.
- Project management skills: you will have the chance to own and lead the whole discipline: from concept development, to translations management to VO production.
- Experience with performance marketing creatives/ direct response is a must
- Being an English native speaker is a must
- Experience with AB Testing is a plus.
- Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
