En _Outbound People_ nos encargamos de reclutar un perfil profesional motivado e inteligente para unirse como
Representante de Desarrollo de Ventas y que pueda tener un rápido crecimiento hacia Account Executive.


La posición SDR es el mejor comienzo para una carrera en Ventas en empresas B2B en el sector de la tecnología.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?


  • Detectar clientes potenciales y calificarlos a través de llamadas telefónicas, correo electrónico u otras formas de comunicación.
  • Identificar a los que toman las decisiones y cuáles son sus necesidades y analizar cómo podemos resolverlas.
  • Trabajar en equipo con el Account Executive y proponer nuevas estrategias de captación.
  • Cumplir los objetivos de desarrollo de ventas.

  • Si cuentas con experiência previa desarrollando o generando nuevas oportunidades de venta.
  • Si además cuentas con experiência usando un CRM.
Estamos buscando más entusiasmo y voluntad de aprender que la experiência específica. Idealmente, debería tener alguna experiência vendiendo algo u ofreciendo servicio al cliente. La experiência en un entorno de software B2B es un plus, pero no es obligatorio.
