Estamos buscando a un/a especialista UX/UI con un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia enfocado en diseñar y mejorar interfaces web B2B para nuestro producto SaaS y nuestros Reports.
El candidato ideal deberá ser capaz de diseñar, crear y optimizar experiencias de usuario intuitivas, enfocándose en la visualización efectiva de los Data Insights generados por nuestro motor de IA.
Además, deberá saber utilizar el feedback del usuario y de nuestras herramientas de tracking para presentar de manera clara y atractiva los datos en todos nuestros productos, para así facilitar la toma de decisiones de nuestros clientes, la mayoría altos directivos del sector Food Service.
Las principales tareas a desarrollar serán:
Diseñar y optimizar interfaces de usuario centradas en la experiencia de usuario para clientes B2B de nuestros productos (desktop SaaS) y nuestros Reports generados con IA.Desarrollar wireframes, prototipos y diseños de baja y alta fidelidad para nuevas funcionalidades y mejoras, diseñando soluciones que sean atractivas, intuitivas y que satisfagan tanto las necesidades del negocio como las de los usuarios.
Realizar investigaciones de usuario y pruebas de usabilidad para recoger feedback directo y mejorar continuamente el producto, basándose en datos y experiencias reales de los usuarios.
Establecer y promover las pautas de diseño UX/UI, aplicando las mejores prácticas y estándares del sector para mejorar la usabilidad y la coherencia visual a través de todas las plataformas y productos.
Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de desarrollo para asegurar que las interfaces y prototipos se implementen según las especificaciones de diseño, facilitando una comunicación continua para resolver problemas técnicos y optimizar la funcionalidad del producto.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en diseño UX/UI para aplicaciones desktop web. Se valorará muy positivamente experiencia en SaaS B2B especializados en visualización de datos y/o Big Data.Excelente manejo de la herramienta de diseño Figma, así como capacidad para crear wireframes, mockups y prototipos de alta fidelidad.
Buen entendimiento de las mejores prácticas en UX, incluyendo accesibilidad y usabilidad, así como conocimientos de HTML5 y CSS.Experiencia en herramientas de análisis UX como Hotjar, así como en la realización de tests de usabilidad y en la incorporación de feedback de usuarios para mejorar la interfaz.
