All the services provided by us take into consideration both economic and ecological concerns.Your tasksThe Project Manager for International Projects is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex projects with a global scope.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across different countries and cultures to achieve project goals.Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, and timelines.
Identify and allocate necessary resources.
Project Execution:
Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets and track expenses.
Ensure adherence to quality standards.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with international stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
Foster positive relationships and address any conflicts.
Communicate project updates and status reports.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Project Closure:
Evaluate project outcomes against predefined success criteria.
Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
Prepare final project reports and documentation.
Your profileBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT).PMP (Project Management Professional) or comparable certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on international projects.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
