Estamos en la búsqueda de un Responsable de Proyectos para unirse de forma permanente al equipo IT de uno de nuestros principales clientes.
El rol implicará la gestión de la viabilidad de proyectos, relaciones con clientes y la parte estratégica de los mismos.
¿Qué actividades realizarás en este puesto?
- Planificar, ejecutar y controlar proyectos de transformación digital en diversas áreas de la organización, garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos de calidad, alcance, tiempo y costos.
- Aplicar metodologías ágiles de gestión de proyectos, adaptándolas a las necesidades específicas de cada proyecto.
- Coordinar y liderar equipos multidisciplinarios, fomentando la colaboración, comunicación e innovación.
- Gestionar expectativas y relaciones con stakeholders internos y externos, identificando necesidades y proponiendo soluciones efectivas.
- Identificar, analizar y mitigar riesgos potenciales, así como manejar cambios e incidencias durante el desarrollo del proyecto.
- Elaborar e presentar informes de seguimiento y cierre del proyecto con las herramientas adecuadas.
¿Qué recursos tendrás a tu disposición?
- Dirigirás el área estratégica del equipo de desarrollo.li>Reportarás al director del área técnica.
Beneficios que tendrás en este puesto de trabajo:
- Contrato indefinido con cliente final.
- Modelo de trabajo híbrido con un día remoto a la semana.
- Horario de 8 a 17:30.
- Participación en decisiones estratégicas y de negocio de la empresa.
Requisitos indispensables:
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de IT relacionados con transformación digital.
- Experiencia en metodologías ágiles como Scrum, Kanban y Lean.
- Gestión de equipos presenciales y remotos.
- Experiencia en stakeholders, riesgos, gestión del cambio y comunicación en proyectos de IT.
