Como Office Assistant te encargarás de la asistencia en soporte administrativo/a y logístico.

Tus principales funciones:

  • Gestión de incidencias y logística de oficinas a nível nacional
  • Gestión de orden de pagos
  • Atención telefónica y filtro de llamadas
  • Coordinación con dpto de RH; Dpto Compras y Comunicación Interna (coordinar peticiones que surjan de estos departamentos funcionales)
  • Preparación de reuniones, salas.
  • Control Directorio: actualización listado telefónico; inc bajas & altas móviles; listas de distribución actualizadas.
  • Mensajería
  • Support en Gestión de viajes
  • Control y petición de Merchandising, petición de material de oficina.

Requisitos

  • Preferiblemente Formación de grado superior en Secretariado o administración.
  • Nível avanzado de Excel y Power Point
  • Nível avanzado de inglés valorable
  • Experiência de 1 año en un puesto similar
