Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for developing impactful marketing plans, defining goals to measure success, and leading customer segmentation strategies. The role provides expertise in marketing strategies, leads execution of deliverables, milestones, and customer experience design. Additionally, the role acts as a functional manager, ensures legal compliance and offers mentorship and guidance to junior employees. Responsibilities
  • Translates business priorities into marketing plans that deliver impact to business and develops marketing plan budgets.
  • Leverages market insights and category product or solution roadmaps to lead development of customer segmentation and audience strategies.
  • Defines goals and key performance indicators to measure the success and business impact of the marketing plans.
  • Provides subject matter expertise across customer segments, markets, and countries to develop new marketing strategies and approaches to accelerate success in priority categories and new businesses.
  • Leads design of customer experience journeys and touchpoint plans that leverage paid and owned media channels to maximize awareness and marketing goals.
  • Leads execution of all marketing plan deliverables and milestones with cross-functional teams.
  • Exercises high level of digital marketing transformation knowledge to advance position in new digital capabilities and touchpoints.
  • Ensures that all marketing activities comply with local laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards.
  • Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise, develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction.
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans. Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field. Preferred Certifications NA Knowledge & Skills
