¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Como Product Manager, te responsabilizarás de la incorporación de capacidades técnicas que permitan a los desarrolladores de producto centrarse en crear productos excepcionales que satisfagan las necesidades de los clientes, colaborar a expandir y mejorar las capacidades de la plataforma.
También actuar como el representante del cliente, participar en la identificación de proyectos que apoyen la estrategia de producto dela compañía y responsabilizarse de guiar la ejecución y priorización de iniciativas.
Colaborar con las partes interesadas para crear una visión de futuro para la plataforma y establecer cómo convertirla en realidad.
Trabajar con los responsables de gestión de producto de aplicaciones para convertir sus hojas de ruta individuales en características de la plataforma.
Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producto para ayudarles a entregar soluciones escalables y funcionales. Centrarse en optimizar la experiencia de cliente. Entregar informes y análisis que demuestren la eficiencia de las soluciones.Apoyar a los departamentos de venta, preventa y consultoría durante el lanzamiento de producto, garantizando que la proposición de valor de la solución queda debidamente reflejada, incluyendo la introducción de nuevas funcionalidades, la revisión del material comercial, publicación de artículos en el blog de la compañía, reuniones de puesta en marcha con clientes, participación en eventos y asistencia a entrevistas, definir KPI para el seguimiento de la utilización de nuestras soluciones por los clientes, disminuir los tiempos de puesta en marcha en los clientes, haciendo que las soluciones sean fáciles de adoptar, contribuir a la inteligencia competitiva de la empresa, manteniéndose informado sobre las soluciones de la competencia, etc.
