La persona será responsable de:
* Supervisar todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto, abarcando una planificación meticulosa, ejecución eficiente, monitoreo vigilante y cierre decisivo.
* Comprender las necesidades, desafíos y objetivos de los clientes internos para proporcionar soluciones personalizadas y maximizar la satisfacción del cliente.
* Gestionar e influir en equipos multidisciplinarios internos para lograr los más altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente.
* Coordinar y asignar recursos del proyecto con precisión, gestionando hábilmente a miembros del equipo, proveedores e interesados, asegurando la realización de los objetivos del proyecto dentro de los límites predefinidos de alcance, presupuesto y cronograma.
* Desarrollar y mantener planes de proyecto integrales, cronogramas y marcos financieros, alineándolos meticulosamente con los imperativos organizativos y las expectativas del cliente.
* Realizar evaluaciones rigurosas de gestión de riesgos, identificando proactivamente posibles obstáculos y diseñando estrategias sólidas de mitigación para prevenir impedimentos en el proyecto y garantizar una progresión sin contratiempos.
* Utilizar metodologías y herramientas sofisticadas de gestión de proyectos para optimizar flujos de trabajo operativos y mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia del proyecto.
* Elaborar y presentar presentaciones a las partes interesadas, destacando de manera efectiva los logros del proyecto, desafíos y recomendaciones estratégicas.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
El perfil ideal deberá aportar:
* Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Gestión de Proyectos o una disciplina relacionada, siendo muy valorable aportar certificación de Project Management Professional (PMP)
* Experiencia profesional demostrable de 3 a 5 años en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en consultoría o en un contexto multinacional y en las industrias de Retail, FMCG y Hospitalidad.
* Nivel alto de español e inglés, tanto escrito como verbal siendo muy valorable conocimiento de portugués.
* Alto nivel de habilidades de presentación, Dominio del paquete de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) para análisis de datos, presentaciones y redacción de documentos. Experiencia en funciones avanzadas de Excel y creación de presentaciones visualmente atractivas en PowerPoint.
* Poseer un perfil analítico, fortalecido por una propensión para la identificación incisiva de problemas, análisis riguroso de datos y toma de decisiones informada.
