Primary Objectives
Optimise campaign performance and provide operational support to maximise channel efficiency

Description


The Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a
SEM coordinator with a hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing and a passion for digital marketing in general.

The SEM coordinator will support the Head of Global SEM to develop, plan and execute paid search strategies to drive incremental direct web revenues.

The key pillars of this job will be the follow up of budgets & invoices, upper funnel campaigns, innovative projects, app download campaigns and making analytical analyses to contribute to the commercial objectives.


This person will be responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day media planning and follow up of on-going projects in liaison with our digital marketing agency and internal stakeholders.

The role requires the ability to operate on operational level with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to grow to a more strategic level in the future.

He/She must be able to multi-task and be able to work autonomously on his/her projects.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver assets for paid media campaigns on time. Follow up from briefing to implementation.
  • Consistently analyze and formulate suggestions to optimize existing SEM campaigns.
  • Responsible for his/her own micro projects: innovation, abtests, testing betaproducts, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Support the Head of Global SEM to follow up budgets and to handle the invoices process.
  • Proactively identify and advise on new SEM advertising opportunities. Implement, manage, and scale campaigns as appropriate.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to execute paid media campaigns across different markets and languages
  • Supportive role with the development of best practices and guidelines to permeate SEM knowledge across the whole organization.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in project management and Search Engine Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Agency experience is a big advantage
  • Solid quantitative and research skills with great attention to details
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
  • Passionate about online marketing and advertising and stay up to date on the latest digital media trends.
  • Good understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem

Technical Skills

  • Experienced in digital marketing and Google Ads
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads, Yandex Direct, Search Ads 360 or any other advertising platform, web analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics, tagging and tracking is a plus.
  • Excellent in using Microsoft Office (particularly excel and power point)
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven methodological approach
  • Knowledge of A/B tests
