Tareas

Ok, but what is the Jr Operations Associate role about?

Our Jr Operations Associate will be in charge of ensuring we have strong activation and engagement amongst our end-users (i.e. downloads, transactions, etc.).

More specifically, some of the key tasks are:

  • Define and implement client activation strategies to meet our objectives
  • Coordinate and lead communication events in our clients' facilities
  • Implement our communication strategy with our endusers
  • Introduce new initiatives that will bring higher engagement
  • Manage company stock, orders, relationships with providers
  • Suggesting improvements on the way we work
We are looking for a motivated and hard-working Operations Associate who is hungry to participate in growing the next successful Y-combinator venture

  • Relevant experience at a consulting firm, tech company or fastgrowing startup
  • Native or fluent Spanishspeaking and legal right to work in Spain
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to do whatever it takes
  • Ability to learn quickly, strong analytical skills and familiarity with metricdriven objectives
  • Availability to travel
  • Experience in managing multiple work streams running concurrently
  • Creativity and outofthebox thinking
  • Excellent people and persuasion skills to engage stakeholders and achieve project objectives
  • Do whatever it takes: you will come up with a plan which you will also have to execute. You will get your hands dirty daily executing activation workstreams.

Any other tips for the interview?

The process we use is the following:

Round 1: 30 mins - Sofía, Ops Manager Presentation and comms skills via a 'role play' to test as well as a practical brainstorming with two challenges we faced in the past. We will also test your experience, understanding of Payflow, salary expectations and others.

Round 2: 45 mins - Paloma, Sr. Ops Manager - Case study to test organisational and problem-solving skills, based on real situations from our day-to-day work in Ops Department.

Round 3: 30 mins - Sergi, VP Ops Global an Benoit, co-founder - We will checking the motivation to join, cultural fit, and making sure you'll do whatever it takes to win
