We are strengthening our Product Management team and looking for a Platform Product Manager to work alongside the Segment Lead for our MLFF solutions.
The Roadside Platform comprises the whole Roadside Software and the connections to Roadside Hardware components (cameras, sensors etc.), Backoffice System and different subsystems.
The Roadside Platform is one of our core products to deliver MLFF solutions globally.We create sustainable mobility for highways and cities, improving quality of transportation while contributing to a healthy world without congestion.
Your responsibilities
- Oversee the roadside platform and further development of the same, taking into account global customer requirements and cost/benefit aspects considering all dependencies across the different teams and having E2E focus
- Business thinking is key supporting and growing the current business and developing new futureproof solutions, taking into account global industry trends and monitoring the global market always one step ahead.
- Work alongside Product Management Segment Lead for MLFF tolling, close collaboration with Product Owners, other platform managers and with the different stakeholders throughout the organization
- Be the sparring partner for our sales and product development team to develop innovative and state of the art products to lever our business
- Manage both operational and strategic topics together
- Market research, business models, decision papers, project and product business, pricing, sales and marketing strategy
- Customer centricity, understand the pain points, needs and create compelling solutions with an unique selling proposition
Qualifications:
Education, Skills and Experience
- You have several years of experience as a Product manager, Product Owner or Project Manager with both technical and business focus
- Skilled in agile methodologies like Scrum, SAFe etc.
- You have modern product management skills for rapidly changing, complex and uncertain markets, B2B and B2G focus
- Strong team player, global mindset, handson engagement
- Understanding of complex interrelationships and networked thinking in order to design and implement overarching solutions and Finding disruptive, simple solutions to complex problems
- Excellent communication across seniority levels and with people of different educational and cultural backgrounds

- Beneficial: Domain experience in Software development, Tolling technologies, Cloud / Data products
- Excellent English
- Availability to travel occasionally
