Part of overall duties is to establish, maintain and advance the InfoSec Issue Management governance framework.- Key Responsibilities:InfoSec Issue Management
- Support Issue Management service ongoing operations, interacting with key stakeholders (i

issue owners, InfoSec Business Partners).
- Contribute to the maintenance of InfoSec Issue Management framework and overall service improvements with InfoSec Issue Management service lead and other teams supporting the service.
- Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on InfoSec Issue Management standards and Exception Management process.
- Gain a deep understanding on key tools used to enrich issues' information (e
g:
Enterprise Architecture repository, CMDB, product-led organization, etc.).
- Review and enhance data quality in issues' primary data sources (e
g:
InfoSec GRC platform, Jira, etc.).
- Develop strong relationships with key service stakeholders.
- Information security
- Communicate information security risks and issues to business managers and others.
- Contribute to vulnerability assessments.

- Interpret information assurance and security policies and applies these to manage risks.
- Provide advice and guidance to ensure adoption of and adherence to information assurance architectures, strategies, policies, standards and guidelines.

- What we are looking for:
- 4-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience in IT, at least 1 year of experience in Information Security.
- Proficient spoken and written command of English
- Knowledgeable in information security industry standards or best practices (e
g:
Center for Internet Security controls framework, ISO 27022, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, etc.).
- Handson experience in InfoSec Governance, Risk and Compliance platforms (MetricStream, Archer, OneTrust, BWise, etc.) and / or IT Service Management systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is a plus.
- Proactive, selfmotivated, analytical thinker.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
