Enterprise Security Architect

Swiss Re is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Security Architect to join its Security Team. As a key member of the Architecture and Advisory team, you will work closely with delivery and engineering teams to assess the environment for ongoing improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop practical and versatile security requirements, architecture blueprints, and processes for the application and solution landscape in our public cloud environment.
- Review, advise on, and approve security standards for a variety of technology within Swiss Re's IT landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers inside Swiss Re's Enterprise Architecture teams, driving long-term cloud adoption within their core and functional IT departments.
- Ensure the business domain architecture is aligned with group security requirements, and feedback business domain-specific requirements into the Security Team.
- Oversee and ensure security requirements are set and implemented during application development and adhered to during the application life cycle.
- Advance technical and organisational security competences and adapt to emerging security trends.
We're looking for a highly motivated team player who is passionate about cyber security. As a candidate, you should have a strong background in security architecture and experience in the tactics and strategy of delivering standards in an agile setup through pragmatic problem-solving and demonstrable technical domain expertise.
