We are revolutionizing the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers, and networks alike and are seeking to recruit a Publisher Account Manager for our Barcelona office

Your Role:

This position encompasses both Sales and Account Management responsibilities.

You will be responsible for developing and managing effective relationships with a portfolio of 25-40 global publishers (webmasters) that are important to our business due to either their geographical, strategic, or revenue importance.

Your performance will be evaluated on periodical revenue goals and KPIs.

You will be expected to utilize all the internal tools and resources at your disposal to reach these goals and develop first-class customer loyalty in order to grow the revenue generated by your assigned portfolio of clients.

You will report numbers and portfolio status to the Head of Publishers.

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience in online sales/digital marketing.
  • You understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishers.
  • Experience in account management and achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong team player and contributor.
  • Extremely organized and rigorous, with strong analytical skills.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Talented in Excel, utilizing spreadsheets.
  • Able to negotiate and establish longterm contracts, build credibility, and provide a leading customer experience for your clients.
  • Independent and proactive, with strong communication skills.
  • An overachiever, resultoriented, and highly motivated.
  • You have a strong knowledge of, and working proficiency with, similar technology platforms and/or ad networks.
  • A minimum of technical skills i.e. HTML, JavaScript tags, Analytics tools, etc.
  • Perfect knowledge of the different ad models: CPC, CPM, CPA, CPV, etc.
  • Good communicator, negotiator, and team player.
  • You have the ability to identify publisher needs quickly and effectively.
  • Fluent English and Russian is a must. Other languages will be highly valued.
  • Experience as a Webmaster/Blogger and/or Affiliate will also be highly valued.
