¿Cómo contribuirás a PropHero?


Tu misión como Property Coach será guiar a nuestros clientes a través del proceso de compra hasta el intercambio de la inversión inmobiliaria, ofreciendo tu expertise en el campo.

Comuniación con stakeholders

  • Te comunicarás con los stakeholders involucrados en la transacción: El cliente, el Sales Closer y Customer Success.
  • Gestionarás la negociación para obtener el mejor trato posible y la máxima fidelización del cliente/usuario PropHero.
  • Atenderás a las consultas que puedan surgir y te coordinarás con el equipo de operaciones con la finalidad de optimizar el servicio de propHero (desde la suscripción hasta la inversión).

Real State expert

  • Como Property Coach te convertirás en un experto/a en el suministro de propiedades, estudiando el mercado inmobiliario y los beneficios de las propiedades existentes.
  • Trabajando en conjunto con el Head of Revenue and Sales, ofrecerás a los clientes de PropHero la cartera de propiedades disponibles para inversión.
  • Utilizando la metodología PropHero, una vez se suscribe a la plataforma, tu misión será acompañar al cliente en la selección del inmueble/s que se ajusten a sus expectativas de inversión hasta el final del proceso.
  • Serás proactivo/a en la presentación de oportunidades al cliente, asegurando el éxito y la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Propondrás mejoras y estarás al día en el uso de materiales de captación para escalar el proceso de venta.

Client Advisor

  • Te convertirás en el máximo referente para el cliente, en cuanto a conocimientos del sector y requerimientos claves.
  • Te encargarás de resolver las consultas y solicitudes de los clientes de manera proactiva y garantizando un elevado nível de satisfacción.
  • Realizarás un análisis de la cartera de clientes para entender su ciclo de vida y decidir sus próximos pasos durante la experiência en PropHero.
  • Entre 1 y 2 años de experiência en el
    sector inmobiliario.
  • Buenas
    habilidades de venta, persuasión y negociación.
  • Capacidad para
    fidelizar el cliente y ganarte su confianza, buenas habilidades sociales
  • Tienes fluidez trabajando en
    español e nível medio de
    inglés
