Requisitos Mínimos obligatorios:

Experiencia y conocimientos: Más de 5 años de experiencia profesional en puestos de dirección y gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en el sector de la Seguridad Electrónica. Deseable disponer conocimientos del sector TI y de la seguridad electrónica (CCTV, CCAA, etc.) desde el punto de vista técnico, y de soluciones y servicios relacionados.
También valorable, experiencia y conocimiento en la elaboración de propuestas técnicas y económicas (licitaciones, consultorías técnicas, etc).

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDAD DEL PUESTO
Responsable de la administración de múltiples proyectos de un cliente, con visión global y estratégica de cliente. Planificación de metas y objetivos para determinar el impacto en el negocio.
Como principales funciones: planificación estratégica, fidelización y satisfacción de cliente, seguimiento y control de la cartera de proyectos, gestión de alcance, gestión del cambio, evaluación y mejora continua en el desempeño del programa previsto, planes de acción, etc.
Coordinación de equipos de trabajo multidisciplinares asociados a los diferentes proyectos con el objetivo de satisfacer los requerimientos del cliente (calidad, prestaciones, plazo) y cumplimiento de los objetivos/resultados estratégicos de compañía.
Con la visión global de negocio del cliente, importante también la identificación de áreas de mejora y oportunidades de optimización en los proyectos/servicios, así como la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
FORMACIÓN
Licenciatura, deseable Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o Industrial.
Valorables certificaciones en gestión de proyectos.
EXPERIENCIA Y CONOCIMIENTOS
Más de 5 años de experiencia profesional en puestos de gestión y dirección de proyectos preferiblemente en el sector de la Seguridad Electrónica. Deseable disponer de conocimientos del sector TI y de la seguridad electrónica (CCTV, CCAA, etc.) desde el punto de vista técnico, y de soluciones y servicios relacionados.
También valorable, experiencia y conocimiento en la elaboración de propuestas técnicas y económicas (licitaciones, consultorías técnicas, etc).
COMPETENCIA Y HABILIDADES
Habilidades de comunicación e interlocución con diferentes áreas de la compañía, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y supervisión/liderazgo de estos equipos de trabajo (organización, seguimiento, cumplimiento de hitos, etc).
Colaboración y comunicación efectiva con clientes. Alineamiento con las expectativas del cliente buscando garantizar simultáneamente los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.
Experiencia en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones técnicas y conocimiento de tecnologías emergentes.
Capacidad analítica con enfoque en la resolución de problemas y la innovación.
Experiencia en entornos de trabajo bajo presión y cumplimiento de estrictos deadlines, con capacidad de adaptación a diferentes tipologías de proyectos (obras, servicios y propuestas técnico-comerciales) y gestión del cambio.
Capacidad de organización y planificación del trabajo en curso, alto nivel de independencia.
Experto en Excel, Word, Project,etc.
