About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Security & Privacy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our ELL Division, you will be responsible for end-to-end Security & Privacy, including the implementation of security tools, policies, and procedures in alignment with our CISO & DPO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with the CISO office to align on the Enterprise Security strategy and priorities.
  2. Partner with the DPO office to align on the Enterprise Privacy and Compliance strategy and priorities.
  3. Identify, evaluate, and manage security risks to prevent potential threats for ELL.
  4. Accountable for all Security & Privacy work happening in ELL, defining the strategy and planning the roadmap of security & privacy initiatives.
  5. Influence the work of engineers in a matrix organization to help development teams embed security measures in ELL applications by providing solutions.
  6. Drive DevSecOps mindset, CI/CD pipelines in ELL.
  7. Drive adoption of security and privacy policies and procedures across ELL products.
  8. Drive security and privacy training and awareness across the ELL Division.
  9. Work with the CISO office in coordinating & responding to security incidents; and work with all relevant parties until remediation.
  10. Conduct regular security & privacy audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose corrective actions.
  11. Lead the incident response to security incidents and coordinate with all relevant parties until remediation.
Requirements
  1. Self-drive, proactiveness, and passion are essential for this role.
  2. Proven experience in Security and Privacy Management.
  3. Knowledge of security technologies, tools, and best practices.
  4. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP)) preferred.
  5. Real experience of Agile development.
  6. Experience managing teams.
  7. Leadership and Communication skills, being able to elevate the work to senior management and influence senior stakeholders.
